About Tribute of Light
The Tribute of Light Celebration, hosted by the American Cancer Society, features a personalized Tribute to someone touched by cancer. We welcome you to take part in this special dedication ceremony this holiday season by carrying your tribute "in honor of" or "in memory of" someone special. Each year, we select a childhood cancer survivor to honor by allowing them to pull the lever to light up the PPG Place holiday tree! The Tribute of Light Celebration will take place at Pittsburgh's Light Up Night on Saturday, November 18th, 2023 at the UPMC Rink at PPG Place starting at 4:45 PM to kick off the start of Pittsburgh's Light Up Night!
To view tribute levels and options, please click the purple "order tributes here" button above. Please note that all orders must be received by Friday, November 3rd, 2023 to be included on recognition signage. Online orders will be open until Thursday, November 16th, 2023 at 11:59 PM. Recognition level is per tribute. Multiple orders cannot be combined for higher level recognition. Please note that you do not have to be present at the event to order a tribute. Q: When can I pick up my tribute?
A: Pre-ordered tributes can be picked up starting at 4:15 PM near the UPMC Rink at PPG Place.
Q: Can I purchase tributes on-site at the event?
A: Yes! We will also have additional tributes available for purchase on site until supplies last.
